It's me!
I have loved art and the process of creating a product ever since I was a kid; I enjoy painting jackets, water bottles, and shoes just for fun because I love creating a practical experience for people through design. This led me to pursue my Bachelor of Global Business and Digital Arts at the University of Waterloo Stratford School of Interaction Design and Business which helped me lay a solid foundation in design, business, and technology.
After 2 years of working as a multimedia designer doing product photography, graphic design, illustration, and video editing, I entered the world of UX research and design, combining my passion of design, deep learning, and community engagement. Right now, I'm in Santa Clara pursuing my Master's in Human Computer Interaction at the University of California, Santa Cruz Silicon Valley, conducting research on cyclist behaviors and routines to redesign hazard reporting tools and improve road safety for urban cyclists. Outside of work and school, I am an avid hiker and outdoor adventurer!
